How do I document an incident?

Open the app, tap to add a new entry, and record the details. You can use voice-to-text, attach photos as evidence, and group related entries into episodes to build a clear timeline.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your records are encrypted and accessible only to you, and you can protect the app with a PIN. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do the AI Decoder and Response tools work?

Paste a message you received and the AI analyzes its tone and intent, and can suggest neutral, concise replies. AI usage is limited on the free plan and expanded with AegisOne Premium.

How do I manage or cancel my Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by the App Store / Google Play. Manage or cancel them in your device's account → subscriptions settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and choose to delete your account. This removes your associated personal data from our active systems.
